Refund Policy

1. General Policy

SurfinUA provides trip coordination, reservation assistance, community activities, educational experiences, and related consulting services.

Reservation deposits, participation fees, and coordination fees are generally non-refundable.

2. Transfers

At SurfinUA’s sole discretion, a paid participation fee may be transferred to another available trip, event, or service.

Transfer requests are reviewed individually and approval is not guaranteed.

3. Third-Party Services

Accommodation, transportation, surf lessons, equipment rental, and other services may be provided by independent third-party providers.

Such services may be subject to separate cancellation and refund policies established by the respective providers.

SurfinUA is not responsible for refund decisions made by third-party providers.

4. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be required where events are affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Ocean conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Transportation disruptions

5. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact SurfinUA before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of future participation in SurfinUA activities.
