SurfinUA reserves the right to refuse participation where necessary for safety, operational, or organizational reasons.

Accommodation providers, surf schools, transportation companies, activity providers, and other partners operate independently.

SurfinUA is not responsible for the performance, quality, availability, cancellation, delay, or actions of third-party providers.

Any agreements between participants and third-party providers are subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

  • Holding valid travel documents

  • Obtaining visas if required

  • Purchasing appropriate travel insurance

  • Ensuring they are physically capable of participating in activities

  • Following local laws and safety instructions

6. Changes to Programs

Trip schedules, activities, locations, instructors, accommodations, and related arrangements may change due to weather, ocean conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

SurfinUA may modify the program when reasonably necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurfinUA shall not be liable for:

  • Travel disruptions

  • Flight cancellations

  • Accommodation issues

Participants take part in activities at their own risk.
